Job Summary

As a part-time Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for handling phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide phone assistance to customers regarding scheduling, addresses, and other details

  • Answer a high volume of calls every shift, ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service
  • Understand and effectively communicate our clients' offerings, policies, and procedures to customers
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward a diverse range of customers, providing exceptional customer service in every interaction
  • Perform accurate digital record-keeping, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure

What You Bring

* Fluency in Spanish and English, with speaking, writing, and reading proficiency

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
  • New York State residency
  • Ability to clear a background check
  • Reliable and stable home internet connection
  • 1-2 professional references

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingualism in additional languages (e.g., English, Spanish, French, Mandarin)
