Job Summary

As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for answering after-hours phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing timely responses to customer inquiries. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will enable you to provide seamless support to our customers, even outside of regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer after-hours phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, including services provided and account changes
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or dispatch environment

  • Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
