Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to new customers in a timely and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns about our company, products, website, and services.
  • Sending potential leads to our New Sales Team to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Assisting customers in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online, providing a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
  • Routing tickets to the correct departments, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborating with our New Sales team to resolve customer concerns, provide support, and drive sales growth.
  • Supporting customers in placing their first order, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Participating in regular training and coaching sessions with our Digital New Sales Manager to enhance your skills and performance.
  • Attending local staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings to stay informed and contribute to our team's success.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong customer service background, with experience in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in typing, with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively.
  • A professional attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and results.

Preferred Qualifications
