Job Summary

We're seeking dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that each customer has a positive experience with arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with booking, flight changes, and other travel-related inquiries
  • Document and update customer records in the system

Requirements

* Reside in the state of Georgia

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
