Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide solutions to customer problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Utilize knowledge of airline policies and procedures to make informed decisions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on airline policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
