About the Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional results. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of entered data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Collaborate with team members to resolve issues, provide updates, and share knowledge.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and support Fleet standard programs for all raise DCLC (Delta Captain leadership path) and Pilot Indoctrination.

  • Coordinate DCLC monthly instructor schedule.
  • Coordinate and communicate monthly DCLC student roster.
  • Coordinate DCLC path updates with core instructor team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with education development/Media supervisor, Analytics supervisor, and key growth stakeholders and instructor group.
  • Support all raise in classroom courseware and logistics for DCLC and Pilot management.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with Pilot in Command and second in Command responsibilities, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Expectancies for professionalism, leadership, decision-making, team resource, and risk and error control.
  • Customer company policies, procedures, and available resources.
  • Be an excellent communicator and listener.
  • Present an organized briefing and lead large, interactive discussions.

What You Need to Succeed

* Prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

  • Embrace a diverse set of people, questioning, and styles.
  • Possess a high school degree, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
  • Airline shipping Pilot certificates with plane Multiengine Land class.
  • Must have served as a pilot at a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air carrier.
  • Should have accumulated at least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air service.
  • Candidates must apply no later than 24 months after retiring from a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air carrier (Exceptions can be considered).
  • Applicant must be familiar with technology required for the position, including, but not limited to:

+ Use of Apple iPad tablet + Conversant in the technology required to access company information, email, schedules, and meetings + Conversant in the use of MS PowerPoint
