About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Insights-Driven Content Development team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and inform content development strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions and content development strategies.
• Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and untapped content opportunities.
• Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions.
• Streamline our content release and episode delivery process to optimize engagement and retention.
• Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention.
• Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
• Effectively communicate complex insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI methods.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data mining techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with large-scale data sets and cloud-based data platforms.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques.
