Job Summary

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, your core responsibility will be to provide fast, painless, and accurate customer support via email, live chat, and other channels. You'll become an expert in all areas of our platform, helping customers get the most out of our product while troubleshooting technical issues and liaising with our development team. Your understanding of our product and our customers will be incredibly valuable for the business, and you'll play a key role in shaping our customer success strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering written support inquiries via email and chat, providing guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their goals

  • Proactively reaching out to customers to help with onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to our platform
  • Assisting with documentation, research, and other side projects as needed
  • Providing customer-focused feedback to other teams to inspire a success mindset throughout the organization
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and liaising with our development team to resolve customer concerns
  • Educating customers on best practices and driving adoption of our platform to increase renewal rates and reduce churn

Essential Qualifications

* Experience working in Customer Support or Success for a SaaS product

  • Natively proficient in verbal and written English and able to communicate effectively in at least one other language (German, French, Dutch, or Spanish)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to break down complex subjects into clear and simple language
  • Comfortable working remotely and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and improve
  • Ability to handle difficult customers with ease and professionalism
  • Comfortable advocating for the customer to help improve our product and services
  • Extremely attentive to detail and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous knowledge of HubSpot, Confluence, Jira, and support ticketing platforms

  • Experience working in a startup environment or with a fast-growing company
  • Familiarity with our product and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
