Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist - Work from Home, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support via telephone and/or Internet (instant message, email) to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving support issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalating more complex product-related issues to appropriate departments to ensure effective resolution
  • Troubleshooting customer problems and determining resolutions to meet customer needs
  • Tracking and documenting inbound support requests to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Updating customer information accurately to maintain up-to-date records
  • Meeting job performance standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates to support their growth and development

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM to efficiently manage your work
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems to navigate our technology platforms
  • Experience in customer service preferred, but not required
