Job Summary

As a Benefits Representative/Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their benefit-related inquiries, and resolving any concerns or issues in a professional and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM and customer service platforms
