Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and account information accurately
  • Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to customer service duties
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meeting quality and productivity standards, including average Inbound Handle Time and Quality Assurance goals
  • Utilizing exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals

Key Results Areas

* Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time

  • Achieve Quality Assurance goals
  • Adhere to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc)

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with the ability to learn software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong focus on exemplary shift attendance and meeting strict deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to effectively communicate with outside parties, including customers and internal teams

Remote Work Requirements

* Must reside in New York state

  • Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
  • Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
  • Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
  • Camera requirements: cameras must be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)
