Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support and service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer support tickets via email and our ticketing system, providing timely and effective resolutions to user queries
  • Handling support phone calls with a friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude, ensuring that clients feel heard and supported
  • Joining Zoom calls for customer support and training sessions, actively engaging with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and provide guidance
  • Occasionally testing new features and updates before they go live, providing valuable feedback to our development team
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and escalating issues when needed, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution
