Responsibilities & Expectations

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, performing financial transactions, referring or selling bank products and services, and demonstrating compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering superior customer service and customer experience through prompt and professional communication, effective problem-solving, and a welcoming environment for each customer encounter.
  • Accurately processing financial transactions, including transfers, refunds, and internal bank transactions, while minimizing risk exposure and maintaining quality production.
  • Referencing or selling bank products and services to meet customer needs, expand existing relationships, and market new offerings.
  • Demonstrating compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Information Security, and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements.
  • Regular and reliable attendance, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Required Skills & Education

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze, investigate, and achieve results
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to determine solutions

Physical Requirements
