We're now seeking an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Glasgow City Centre. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' orders and enquiries are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers and providing exceptional service
  • Providing quotations and processing orders with precision and accuracy
  • Operating and maintaining spreadsheets to track customer interactions and orders
  • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Producing weekly reports to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Raising contracts and discussing with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, you'll receive:

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday shifts on a rotational basis between the hours of 8.45am - 5.30pm

About You:

We're looking for a customer-focused individual with a proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment. You'll have:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Experience of working in the hire industry would be advantageous, but not essential
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize your workload
  • Strong attention to detail and be highly organized
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient skills in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word
