Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams through phone, email, and chat support

  • Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in our database
  • Assist with data entry tasks, including data cleaning, formatting, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service and data entry processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus (preferably in a call center or customer support role)

  • Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive in seeking solutions to customer issues

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer support environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
