Job Summary

As a Data Entry / Admin Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing teams by gathering and recording valuable contact information of business leaders. You'll work closely with our CRM system to ensure accurate data entry, maintain a well-organized database, and collaborate with our teams to optimize lead generation strategies. Key Responsibilities

* Research business leaders across various industries to gather valuable contact information

  • Input gathered data into arenaflex's CRM system accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure leads are organized and accessible
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation processes and refine data collection strategies
  • Track the quality and source of leads to inform data collection strategies and improve results

* Proven experience in lead generation or data research, preferably in a similar role or industry
