Key Responsibilities

As an IT Business Analyst, you will provide IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of the core infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces for arenaflex's IT Offices Group. arenaflex's IT Offices Group is responsible for:

• IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, maintenance, and break/fix services for server farm core infrastructure, IT lab equipment, and remote communication room core hardware
• IT support of IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications
• Remote coordination with professional services responsible for core infrastructure support and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms
• Management, operation, support, and monitoring of all core infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room equipment
• Advancement of server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure
• Support of IT Offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the integrity and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring
• Suggesting and implementing departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and methods
• Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate norms and regulations
• Project management of server farm and remote communication room capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements
• Selection of IT and core infrastructure services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

* Strong and effective communication and relationships with supervisory team, vendors, and colleagues

• Knowledge of server farm technology and core infrastructure
• Project management of remote communication room capital upgrades, overhauls, and improvements
• Capital planning and project management for airport core hardware life cycle replacement
• Support of Corporate Land projects that relate to remote communication room design/operation as an IT Offices agent and on-site appraisal reporting
• Space, UPS Power, and core cooling capacity management
• Selection of core infrastructure services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations
• Oversees the planning, execution, and vendor support of the suitable electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms
• Provide proactive and break-fix support for alarm/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm hardware
• Functional sustainability of airport core climate infrastructure
• Foster Plan Standards for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems
• Remote coordination of airport core infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities
• Survey/Store Maintenance Records. Ensure errors are remediated.
• Provide remote Occurrence Management goal to airport core hardware
• Provide remote installation, setup, and operational support
• Maintain strict adherence to change control exercises
• Balances multiple needs within established time constraints
• Adaptability to assist an activity with varying shifts, extended hours, and availability for potential emergency requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliably focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal data
• Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles

What Will Give You an Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

* Four-year degree or 5 or more years of relevant experience

• IT Project Management experience with (at least 3 years) within a high-availability communication room or potentially server farm operating environment, daily operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment
