Job Summary
We are seeking an entry-level remote data entry specialist to join our team. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, developing reports, and analyzing data to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to develop and implement reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translate results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings
- Design and develop packages for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Convert data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
Required Education
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
