Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Specialist to handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing accurate, concise, and professional responses to customer inquiries, while also promoting interest in our clients' products and services. Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks at once and adapt to different personalities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
