Job Summary
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for answering after-hours phone calls, scheduling appointments, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer after-hours phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and account changes
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
- Perform miscellaneous office duties as needed to support the success of the team
Work Schedule
This part-time dispatcher position typically works from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends. There is flexibility with multiple shifts available, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
Requirements
* Customer service experience
- Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work in a remote environment after completing the first month of training in the office
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
