The Role

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns for our diverse clientele across industries, including tech, e-commerce, gaming, and entertainment. You'll handle a variety of customer interactions, responding to inquiries through inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS. Your flexibility, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and concerns through inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS

  • Provide exceptional service and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize Zendesk or other CRM experience to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
  • Show empathy and be apologetic when necessary
  • Work as part of a team and independently to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Follow client policies and guidelines while remaining objective

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a multichannel environment

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience with Zendesk or other CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer interactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment

  • Familiarity with MSQ security software and 2FA app
  • Ability to work with a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
  • Experience with content moderation, trust and safety, community management, or social media services
  • Fluency in multiple languages (arenaflex supports over 50 languages)

Workspace Requirements

* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above

  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your mobile device
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
  • 8 GB RAM or better
  • Dual monitors highly recommended
