Key Responsibilities
As a Remote/Hybrid Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Dialing Outbound Calls: Connect with potential customers who have expressed interest in specific products and book appointments for business partners.
- Maintaining Data Accuracy: Ensure high levels of data accuracy while booking appointments for members.
- Providing Excellent Communication: Deliver exceptional written and verbal communication consistently, adapting to fast-changing guidelines and procedures.
- Identifying and Escalating Issues: Recognize and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including speaking on the phone and using a computer.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school graduate or equivalent, such as a G.E.D.
- Call Center or Retail Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
- Multitasking Ability: The capacity to multitask while speaking on the phone and using a computer simultaneously.
- Background Check: The ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements.
- Typing Speed: The ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
