Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our success by ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and security of our data. You'll work closely with our team of experts to identify, analyze, and resolve data-related issues, and develop effective solutions to prevent future problems. Key Responsibilities
* Work with business stakeholders to conduct needs analysis and identify areas for improvement in our data systems and processes
- Collaborate with our IT team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business requirements and ensure data security and integrity
- Manage and maintain our data entry systems, including data validation, data cleansing, and data migration
- Analyze and resolve data-related issues, including data discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and data breaches
- Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with our business teams to identify and prioritize data-related projects and initiatives
- Provide data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making and strategic planning
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong understanding of data security and risk management principles, practices, and technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data-related issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, QlikView)
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality control principles and practices
- Experience with cloud-based data storage and management systems (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Certification in data analysis, data science, or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
