Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Voice of the Customer Analytics and Insights

The Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us transform our Voice of the Customer (VOC) analytics and insights capabilities. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us unlock new insights and opportunities, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with our Utility Teams to outline, build, and capture business needs, and develop a deep understanding of our VOC methods and analytics capabilities.

• Design and build robust data models to support high-performance statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python).
• Provide guidance on optimizing data processing and analytics capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Develop and implement software program programs, testing, and automation tools to support VOC analytics and insights.
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including the ability to deliver small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations.
