Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Efficient communication with customers and team members, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Answering phone calls and emails in a timely fashion, providing accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Entering data and processing orders precisely, with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products and industry, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments
  • Collaborating with other members of the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Providing administrative support to the night management team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to process orders and data precisely and accurately
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work an overnight shift (e.g., 8pm-4:30 am), with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of the seafood industry and our products
  • Experience with automated ordering systems and data entry software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
