We are looking for a visionary Process Automation Lead to dismantle legacy friction and build a world-class, automated experience for the teams driving explosive growth for our Experiences business. You won’t just be mapping processes; you’ll be defining the future of how our Sales and Marketing teams scale.

We are seeking a visionary Process Automation Lead to architect and implement frictionless, AI-enhanced experiences for our partner-facing team. You will be the primary driver in enabling our Distribution Partnerships Sales and Marketing teams to 10x their impact. This is a high-autonomy role designed for a strategic leader who can bridge the gap between lean process optimization and cutting-edge AI opportunities. Your Impact

  • Strategic Process Mapping: Lead discovery sessions to identify and map high-friction points in the employee and customer journey.

  • AI-Driven Transformation: Translate complex AI and automation concepts—including Generative AI, chatbots, and predictive analysis—into scalable solutions for internal teams.

  • Next-Gen Workflow Automation: Re-engineer and automate routine tasks to drastically improve resolution speed and accuracy.

  • Root-Cause Resolution: Identify and eliminate product or process blockers that cause employee or partner friction, ensuring measurable impact on service quality.

  • Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of automation projects, ensuring they are scalable, data-validated, and aligned with our global service-solution strategy.

What You’ll Bring

  • Expertise in Scale: 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing operations with a proven track record of process optimization and automation.

  • The "Automation Mindset": Deep understanding of Six Sigma methodologies paired with modern AI workflow tooling.

  • Technical Translation: A natural ability to collaborate with technical teams and external vendors to turn business needs into seamless delivery.

  • Relentless Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leadership and execute complex roadmaps.

  • Customer Obsession: A mindset that puts the partner experience first, advocating for simplicity at every touchpoint.
