They are seeking a motivated Call Center Customer Service Representative who can effectively multitask across various communication platforms to assist homeowners with their inquiries.

  • Support thousands of diverse requests daily through phone, email, and chat

  • Resilient and positive attitude while handling many difficult interactions with homeowners
  • Tech wizardry to efficiently use CHAT, EMAIL, PHONE, and client database tools seamlessly
  • Strong passion for customer success and pride on resolution of homeowner concerns
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment or similar type of customer service role is desired, but may not be required if you know you will excel in that type of environment
