Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications, Marketing)

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a call center or customer support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a cloud-based environment

  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes quickly
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
