The Role
As a Dutch Customer Service Representative for arenaflex's Big Five IT client, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to clients from the Netherlands and Belgium. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience, and you will be trained by certified instructors to provide expert-level support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns
- Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving issues promptly
- Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords
- Set up repairs for hardware-related issues
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support interaction experts
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure that customers are satisfied with the support they receive
What You Will Bring:
* Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level)
- Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred)
- Prior customer support experience (advantageous)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically
