Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing customer cases, conducting research, and analyzing data to develop recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies
- Utilizing customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a clear understanding of the customer's journey and identify areas for improvement
- Conducting research, interpreting results, and translating findings into actionable reports or presentations for leadership
- Providing insights to the leadership team on process or improvement strategies
- Collaborating with the ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies based on your recommendations
- Analyzing data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations, and reporting to key stakeholders
- Reviewing customer cases, interpreting the life cycle, providing root cause analysis, and making recommendations for improvements
Minimum Requirements
* High School or GED
- 1-2 years of contact center experience
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting
Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in data validation
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis
- Experience in analytics implementation
- Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
- Proven skill level in PowerPoint
