Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat channels. You'll engage with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products or services. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems, staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
