Job Description

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
  • Generate sales leads and meet sales objectives
  • Manage incoming calls and emails in a efficient and effective manner
  • Follow procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service specifications to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
