Job Summary

As a Part Time Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing information about our services and products. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, friendly, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer questions and provide information about arenaflex's services and products
  • Process transactions, including ticket sales, baggage fees, and other related services
  • Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment
  • Balance daily transactions and reconcile any discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, transactions, and other relevant data
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision

* Previous experience in the airline or travel industry

  • Knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures
