Your Impact

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolving Issues: Calmly and effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
• Providing Feedback: Share feedback on call issues to help improve our services and processes.
• Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers.
• Tracking Call Information: Accurately track and record call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• IT/Network Certifications/Degrees: IT or network certifications/degrees are preferred.
• 18 Years of Age or Older: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Proven Call Center Experience: A minimum of 6 months of call center experience is required.
• Typing 25 WPM: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
• PC Operation and Navigation: Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
• Entry-Level Network Troubleshooting: Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting.
• Ability to Work Independently: You must be able to work independently in a virtual team environment.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
