Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting and processing large, complex datasets to meet business requirements
- Identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements, including re-designing infrastructure for greater flexibility, improving data delivery, and automating manual processes
- Building and maintaining data pipelines using AWS and SQL technologies
- Developing scientific tools to analyze data pipelines and provide insights into key business performance metrics, including operational efficiency and customer acquisition
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data, product, and engineering teams, to resolve data-related technical issues
- Working with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Creating or modifying hardware and technology to meet customer needs
- Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with designing and developing web and cloud-based applications
- Strong knowledge of data engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in AWS and SQL technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and technologies
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Certification in data engineering or a related field
