Job Summary

As an Experienced Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving a culture of quality, efficiency, and innovation within our Quality Control division. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us maintain our competitive edge, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in collecting, approving, and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.

• Help create and present results from complex data analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions.
• Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate partner understanding.
• Assist in creating and disseminating specific queries to extract and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need for data requirements.
• Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team.
• Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors.
• Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
• May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze large datasets with precision and care.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., Alteryx, QuickBase) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data mining and machine learning techniques.
• Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Analytics Professional).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
