Job Description

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and complete information to customers about products and services, resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and effectiveness, and escalating complex issues to higher management when necessary. You will also be required to document interactions and maintain customer records, strive to meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals, and participate in ongoing training and development sessions.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and effectiveness
  • Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary
