Overview of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative Role

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in fostering professional relationships with our clients, generating repeat business, and increasing company revenue. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customer acquisitions and additional revenue streams to expand our market and drive business growth. You'll work closely with our customer service and sales team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences, exceed customer expectations, and drive sales and consumer acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers and offer tailored services that exceed their expectations

• Initiate with customers by working alongside our customer service and sales team members to expand the customer base and generate company revenue
• Provide support to each customer, answering any inquiries, troubleshooting services, and ensuring each delivery is met on time to complete the customer experience
• Obtain a comprehensive and extensive knowledge of products and promotions by attending weekly team meetings
• Ensure all operations are under company compliance guidelines
• Acquire new and existing customers' information in a professional manner that builds customer trust and loyalty
• Work closely with other team members and departments to drive sales and consumer acquisitions while maintaining superior customer service

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED

• Experience in a customer service, customer support, or similar role is preferred
• Ability to handle customer information and data in a responsible manner
• Active listening to be the primary point of contact for each customer and provide essential customer support
• Proven ability to problem-solve on the spot, multitask to manage multiple accounts
• Practical communication skills when working with customers in an immediate setting
• Attention to detail
