Key Responsibilities

As a data entry specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our databases with precision and efficiency
• Monitoring WAN links for stability and ensuring that our systems are running smoothly
• Provisioning IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and configuring routers and switches
• Monitoring alerts and logs, and performing preventative health checks
• Managing incidents and reporting on system performance
• Administering security and IAM, and ensuring that our systems are secure and compliant

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers and clients
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment
• Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn technical skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field
• Experience with data entry software and systems
