- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Utilize computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software, to accurately document and record customer/client information
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer/client information
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software

* Experience in the healthcare industry
- Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
