• Utilize computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software, to accurately document and record customer/client information

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer/client information
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software

• Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
