The Role

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative - Appliance Delivery (Remote) at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound telephone calls, emails, and chats. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with appliance deliveries, and your primary goal will be to resolve their issues efficiently, effectively, and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers through inbound telephone calls, emails, and chats for inquiries on appliance deliveries

  • Provide information on product availability, delivery, and order processing
  • Schedule deliveries and resolve post-delivery issues
  • Offer alternate resolutions for customer concerns
  • Support Store Associates, Call Center Associates, and Consumers in all aspects of the delivery process
  • Create an outstanding quality service experience for the arenaflex consumer, advocating with multiple internal departments on their behalf for reasonable and satisfactory resolution
  • Meet all work schedule demands and obligations with compliance, integrity, and according to values, processes, and policies

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • 2+ years sales or customer service experience desired
  • Passion for customer service and problem-solving; ability to remain calm and patient while handling challenging customer concerns
  • Good typing ability and computer skills - comfortable navigating multiple online applications
  • Exceptional organizational skills; effectively utilize time management
  • Ability to multi-task, and use critical thinking
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and plan to speed satisfactory resolutions
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Flexible with the ability to take direction from management, yet work independently to achieve goals; ability to accept constructive feedback and coaching
  • Exceptional negotiation & conflict resolution skills; able to diffuse difficult situations or irate customers resulting in satisfactory resolution
  • Proven attendance record showing dependability/accountability to work as scheduled
  • Desire to work in a team environment and work towards common goals

* Remote work arrangement with a dedicated workspace that is quiet and spacious enough for arenaflex-provided equipment (i.e., PC, keyboard, mouse, monitors, cords to hook it all up, and the ethernet cord)

  • Local internet provider (no satellite or DSL internet connections allowed due to security issues)
