Skills and Background Needed
* A device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work independently, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer support

Essential Qualifications
