Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Assisting customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Addressing questions related to orders placed by customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Following up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service and to gather feedback.
  • Completing after-call information and data entry to the system, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately recorded and analyzed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Must currently reside in the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
  • Reliable high-speed internet required with the ability to be hard-wired.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
