Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolving customer complaints, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Assisting with order processing, returns, or other transactional requests
  • Identifying and reporting trends in customer concerns or feedback to improve service
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer support
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies regarding customer data

Qualifications

To be successful as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in customer service, chat support, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and tone
