Job Summary

As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our patrons and guests, ensuring their safety and well-being while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, respond to emergencies, and maintain a clean and safe environment for all users. Key Responsibilities

* Greet patrons and guests, ensuring their safety and well-being while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building, providing assistance and support as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies
  • Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry
  • Participate in special event set-up and operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner

Essential Qualifications

* Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications or obtained within the first 30 days of employment

  • BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service

  • Knowledge of facility management principles and practices, with a focus on customer satisfaction and community engagement
  • Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's policies and procedures, with a commitment to upholding our values and mission
