Role

As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guest and reservation management: You'll be the primary point of contact for our guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Virtual property management: You'll work closely with our property owners to ensure that their properties are accurately represented and that guests have a seamless experience.
  • Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: You'll be responsible for coordinating with our cleaning team to ensure that properties are clean and ready for guests.
  • Addressing guest issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner: You'll be the go-to person for resolving any issues that may arise during a guest's stay.
  • Processing reservations and providing accurate information about the properties and neighborhoods guests are visiting: You'll be responsible for ensuring that all reservations are processed accurately and that guests have all the information they need to make the most of their stay.

Required Skills/Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience

  • 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
  • Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

* Experience with Airbnb customer service

  • Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed

Success Metrics

* Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries

  • Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP
  • Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher
