Experienced Content Moderator – Data Entry and Compliance Analytics at arenaflex

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute compliance risk assessments of business activities for allocated areas of responsibility
- Lead the development of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and procedures
- Plan and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Checking Examination Chief
- Analyze and record monitoring results
- Prepare reports of checking results and provide reports to business leaders to use in mitigating potential compliance risks
- Prepare and design reports of monitoring activities, results, and related remedial action plans (Covers)
- An Equivalent Open door Boss, including inability/veterans
Essential Capabilities:
* Four-year college education and at least 2 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or examining capability (e.g., internal audit, compliance checking) OR a Secondary School Certificate/GED and at least 5 years of experience in a compliance checking or evaluating capability (e.g., internal audit, compliance checking)
- At least 2 years of experience creating metrics, analyzing data, and converting it into information that can be used to identify potential risk areas or patterns
- Experience working with data analytical tools and processes
- At least 1 year of direct leadership, aberrant leadership, and/or cross-functional team management
Preferred Capabilities:
* At least 5 years of experience in a compliance checking or examining capability
- Experience with regulatory compliance requirements related to retail pharmacy and/or healthcare provider businesses industry
- Experience working with private or highly sensitive data
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to various audience levels within the organization
- Capability in using business intelligence software for data analysis, such as Business Items, Cognos, Scene, Masters, etc.
- Gifted in extracting and mining data, alongside mastery in data procurement, profiling, managing data warehouses, and understanding of statistical concepts like regression, data science, and AI
- High-level skills in creating and resolving SQL queries for large-scale database management
