Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently process data, including patient information, prescriptions, and other relevant data
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and state-specific regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts and medication lists
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decisions and improve patient outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in data entry and patient care
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or computer science)
- Current pharmacy license as allowed by the relevant state licensing authority
- Experience working with confidential data and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience using time management skills, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions with minimal oversight
