Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Clinical Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving clinical correspondence and patient complaints, overseeing the Means approach for clinical quality issues, and collaborating with Retail Chiefs on clinical matters. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining associations with existing emergency clinic frameworks, ensuring the execution of Mark Drug store Wellbeing and Health programs, and providing information and experiences to Territorial Medical services Chief on Drug store Wellbeing and Health drives and triumphs.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or a related field)

  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical customer support role or a related field
  • Proven track record of resolving clinical correspondence and patient complaints
  • Strong understanding of Rx scene and clinical quality issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or a related field)

  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical customer support role or a related field
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., CPhT, RPh, or a related certification)
  • Experience working in a retail or healthcare environment
  • Strong knowledge of clinical quality issues and Rx scene
  • Ability to travel to store locations as needed
