Role Overview

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in data science, machine learning, and cloud computing. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Statistics Source Identity:

Develop a deep understanding of commercial enterprise areas, scenarios, and data sources, including business data requirements, database technology, and distributed datastores.

Code Improvement and Testing:

Write code to develop desired solutions and application functions using recommended programming languages and leveraging business, technical, and data requirements.

Version Evaluation and Validation:

Apply version shape testing, tuning, and validation strategies to assess model performance, accuracy, fit, validity, and robustness for multi-stage models and model ensembles.

Information Visualization:

Generate graphical representations of data and model outcomes, understanding customer requirements to design appropriate data illustration for multiple data sets.

Understanding Business Context:

Provide recommendations to business stakeholders to resolve complex business problems, expanding business cases for projects with projected return on investment or cost savings.

Tech Problem Solving:

Translate business problems into data-related or mathematical solutions, selecting appropriate strategies/tools to provide a solution for the problem.

Analytical Modeling:

Choose analytical modeling methods most suitable for the established, complex data and develops custom analytical models, conducting exploratory data analysis activities to answer practical business questions.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and 3 years' experience in an analytics-related field.

• Master's degree in Data Science, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and 1 year's experience in an analytics-related field.
• 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Data science, machine learning, optimization models, Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Generation, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, successful completion of one or more certifications in Python, Spark, Scala, or R, using open-source frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Torch).

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong understanding of data science, machine learning, and cloud computing concepts.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or D3.js.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
